Have you ever wondered ?
- Why are school fees so high that parents struggle to pay?
- Why do private hospitals charge big money just for admission?
- Why do our roads stay always broken?
- Why do political leaders only care about their businesses, not the people who elect them?
The answer is simple: No one is standing up for us. But what if we do?
#HaqHai is here to change that.
- We are a citizen-led movement fighting for your rights in education, healthcare, and civic issues.
- We believe in equality for all, no matter your caste, religion, or financial status.
- We are not politicians—we are ordinary citizens like you, who refuse to stay silent.
How It All Started
NRC-NPR-CAA
In 2019, we came together as ‘Citizens Against NRC-NPR-CAA’ because we believed in Babasaheb Ambedkar’s Constitution.
- We stood at Mira Road station, raising our voices for justice.
- We marched to our MLA’s house, demanding answers.
COVID-19 hit
Then, COVID-19 hit, and the system collapsed.
- Hospitals charged lakhs for treatment while people died.
- Schools threw children out for unpaid fees.
- Politicians disappeared—but we were there.
- We arranged rations for hungry families.
- We started an auto ambulance when no one else was helping.
- We stood outside hospitals, fighting for patients being overcharged.
- When people lost their jobs, we fought for their right to survive.
- When private hospitals looted COVID patients, we took them head-on.
The Real Problem – How They Cheat Us Every Day
In Mira-Bhayandar, politicians don’t run the city—builders do.
- Ruling party leader? A builder.
- Opposition leader? Also a builder.
Power changes hands. But the game stays the same.
- They divide people by caste and religion so we forget our real struggles.
- They turn schools and hospitals into businesses, forcing us to pay for basic needs.
- They control land and housing, making black money and bribes the norm.
- They waste public tax money, while roads, water, and hospitals stay broken.
- They spread hate politics to keep us distracted while they loot.
Parties change, leaders change, but one thing remains the same—their businesses grow, and we suffer. This must change. Now.
What We Are Fighting For
- Education before profits – No child should be thrown out of school over fees.
- Affordable healthcare – No one should sell their jewelry or home for treatment.
- Public money for public services – Fix roads, water, and sanitation, instead of funding politicians’ luxury.
- Fair and transparent housing – No more black money, bribes, or illegal brokerage fees.
- Citizen participation in governance – So leaders fear the people, not the other way around.
What We Want for Mira-Bhayandar
In Mira-Bhayandar, politicians don’t run the city—builders do.
- Schools that prioritize education, not profit.
- Hospitals that provide treatment for all, not just the rich.
- Housing that is affordable and corruption-free.
- Roads, water, and drainage that work, because we pay taxes for them.
- Corruption that is exposed and punished, so public money is not stolen.
- Leaders who are questioned by the people, so they remember who they work for.
We are not waiting for change—we are building a movement to take back control of our future.
The Cost of Speaking the Truth
We have challenged powerful people—the politicians and businessmen who built schools and hospitals on public land but treat common people as ATMs.
For our honesty and courage, we have been:
- Abused.
- Threatened.
- Forced to move offices.
But we wear this harassment as a badge of honor—because if we stop fighting, they will never stop looting us.
Enough is enough.
- If YOU don’t act now, YOUR rights, YOUR children's future, and YOUR hard-earned money will be stolen.
- Schools will be only for the rich.
- Hospitals will be businesses, not places of care.
- Politicians will keep looting us—unless we stand up.
- We’ve started this fight. Now it’s YOUR turn to stand up.
- Enough talking. It’s time to act. Become a member of #HaqHai today!
Our fellow citizens, this is our moment.
- We are not vote banks.
- We are not second-class citizens.
- We are not ‘lower’ castes.
- We are Indians.
- The Constitution of India guarantees us rights.
- If those rights are denied, we will fight for them.
